Warren Berland's Out of the Box for Life is a trade book, published in 2000 by HarperCollins. Warren's books sells well not only in the US, but around the world, especially well, it seems, in Japan. Bill convinced Warren to write the book and helped him focus and outline it. Warren got an agent and did the rest.

Michael Hoyt asked Bill for help getting books written and starting to do national and international workshops. After Bill coached him, he went on to travel arond the globe teaching seminars and also to write and edit many books. This is one of his. He has at least seven more out now.
